Andrew R. Spader grew up in Waco and Henderson, Nebraska. Andrew attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he majored in Agribusiness and minored in Agronomy. Before law school, Andrew worked briefly as an agronomist. He first joined Mattson Ricketts as a clerk in 2018. After graduating from the University of Nebraska College of Law, Andrew joined the firm full-time as an associate attorney.
